    Hi –

    This is a follow up to: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/add-link-to-book-tickets-from-event-list/

    You suggested using the functions woot_has_tickets() and woot_has_soldout() to check if tickets for a particular displayed event exist.

    However, when I use these functions within single-event.php in the Mini Calendar widget, I get the following errors:
    Call to undefined function woot_has_tickets()
    Call to undefined function woot_has_soldout()

    Woo Tickets is all installed and enabled. Do I need to call Woo Tickets somehow in this template to get the functions to work?

    Thanks
    Marcus

    Hi Marcus – you would need this library of helper functions to be installed and activated first of all, sorry if that wasn’t clear. Does that help?

    This thread’s not seen much activity for the last couple of weeks so I’ll go ahead and close it. Of course if you still need help with this or any other issue please don’t hesitate to create a new thread (or threads) and one of the team will be only too happy to help. Thanks!
