    Hi,

    I notice that to use Event Tickets Plus we also need WooCommerce. What I don’t know though is what WooCommerce modules we must have to use Events Tickets Plus.

    I know we will need the WooCommerce plugin for our payments gateway.

    Anything else?

    Any that you have found to make Event Tickets Plus really work, like refunds, a login for ticket purchasers?

    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    I notice that to use Event Tickets Plus we also need WooCommerce.

    Actually, you could also totally use Event Tickets Plus with our Event Tickets (free) plugin as well.
    That is, if you are not looking for the transactional aspect of tickets, just the RSVP one.

    What I don’t know though is what WooCommerce modules we must have to use Events Tickets Plus.

    Simply WooCommerce and an active payment gateway (PayPal, Cheque, COD, etc..).

    Basically, just setting up a pretty basic WooCommerce should be sufficient (as long as it is functional on its own).

    Any that you have found to make Event Tickets Plus really work, like refunds, a login for ticket purchasers?

    Refunds are part of WooCommerce’s standard workflow so you do not need anything special for that.

    Since our tickets are really Simple Virtual WooCommerce products, it means that you can treat them exactly like any other WooCommerce product.

    Both WooCommerce and our Event Tickets Plus will let you control if you want the customers to login first. In the end it’s a matter of personal preference and business needs.

    Your best bet is probably to install things on a dev/staging server and experiment until your needs are met (and reach out if you have questions along the way).
