The site I built with the WooCommerce Tickets and Calendar Pro has several events/classes. My customer has come across a situation where a customer has changed their mind on the event and wants to go to a different event. How do you manage this on the back end? Can you edit the current registration for the new event?
I appreciate any insight on this.

    Thank You,
    Justine

    Hi!

You could cancel the relevant existing order and then manually create a new order (all via WooCommerce’s order screens) and place a ticket for the desired event in the order.

    Does that help?

I will look into your suggestion. If there is a way to change the ticket to a different event that would be ideal. Is it possible?

    Thank You,
    Justine

I’m afraid not, at least not without doing some customization work – as ever though we’d love it if you posted a feature request for this (or add your support to any suitable existing requests) 🙂

So, I have figured out how to create a registration for an event from the dashboard but I am still having issues with the inventory piece. Here’s what I did to cancel the original ticket:

    WooCommerce > Orders
    Clicked on the order
    Cancelled the order
    Saved the order
    Placed in the trash
    Deleted permanently
It seems the system cancelled and deleted but it still shows a ticket has been sold. How do I fix the inventory of the tickets?

So to increase the available inventory (if that’s the primary issue) you would need to manually adjust the stock levels. The “sold” count will not drop, though, because a sale did take place even if the order was subsequently cancelled.

That said, I believe we do have a new feature we’re going to develop to allow attendee entries to be completely removed – that isn’t available just yet, though.
