    Hi there

    I have just purchased the WooCommerce Tickets plugin however it doesn’t do what I thought it would.

    I am building a new site for a client and they wouldn’t be able to go in and approve each purchase to an event each time one was purchased before a ticket was actually delivered to the person who purchased it. I thought this was an automatic process.

    Also once the ticket is delivered its not quite what I was expecting it to be like.

    Is your Easy Digital Downloads plugin any different to this one?

    Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets.

    First off all our ticketing plugins are about the same no major changes.

    You are correct WooCommerce requires the order be complete before tickets are sent, this coding does that automatically:

    You could use that to solve the first issue.

    Tickets
    The tickets look the same for all our coupons. It is possible to edit the look of them.

    To modify the tickets you can follow the themer’s guide:

    To move this file and edit it in your theme:

    the-events-calendar\views\tickets\email.php
