WooCommerce Orders and Posts Out of Order and unsortable with 3.11

Hello there – when we updated to Event Calendar Pro 3.11 today our WooCommerce orders became unsortable and the default display order changed to order of Status instead of by order number.

And not sure what order our posts were in but they were unsortable.

Deactivating Event Calendar Pro fixed it. We have also deactivated WooTickets for now too.

I see a few other people have the same issue – so we are just creating a new ticket as instructed in those forum posts.

It’s looking like there is a bug in our current release of The Events Calendar (it happens to impact WooCommerce and its orders screen, but also impacts the sorting of a few other screens).

Can you try installing and activating the following helper plugin and see if, as a temporary measure, it resolves the problem?

Glad to hear it (and apologies for the disruption!) – a substantive fix will hopefully be released soon at which point you can remove the temporary helper plugin 🙂
