ParticipantI’ve set up Tickets Plus on client site (example event: http://www.newdealdistillery.com/event/new-deal-cocktail-class-march-1st/), I have WooCommerce installed and have set-up PayPal as payment gateway. We’ve received several orders, but they do not auto-complete after payment is made. And no tickets are being delivered.
I’ve manually “completed” the orders that were shown as paid, but getting complaints that no confirmation email (the ticket) is being received. I just clicked on one specific order, and saw that I could manually send the ticket. I did that, and will check with customer to see if they received…
But, this should all happen automatically, right?
Under Settings, I have the WooCommerce “Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically” box Checked.
Any suggestions? Thanks, David

ParticipantI was reading some related posts on the forum and saw this note from Sabatha in their list of things they did to get this all working:
– Woocommerce – Settings – Extra Options – Autocomplete Orders – Mode and set the dropdown to: ‘Any Order (!!!)’
The weird thing is that I can NOT find this option anywhere in my WooCommerce settings? Am I missing something (both literally and figuratively)?
This is the discussion:

MemberGood evening David and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that the tickets are not being sent to your clients.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right. In order for the tickets to be sent, the order’s status has to be set to “Complete”.
Unfortunately, our built-in functionality does not work for some of our customers.
The solution would be to add the following snippet to your WordPress theme’s functions.php: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
