WooCommerce Lower Prices Earlier Than Event

Posted in the description of the WooCommerce Plugin says “Aiming to give discounts to those who buy earlier than a week before the event?”

I am trying to make adjusting ticket prices, so 4 weeks early sign ups are $100, 2 weeks early $150, 1 week early $200, etc. Anyone know how to set this up?

I have accomplished this by creating 3 tickets that correspond with the same event. Each one raises the price $100 every two weeks, which was fine. But how do I get paypal to reflect this? When I submit the link for this paypal item it only lists one price, how do I get paypal to change with the price of the ticket. Thank you

That is indeed the best way of doing this.

I’m not sure why you’re experiencing problems with PayPal, though: when a customer adds a ticket at a certain price to the cart, is the price suddenly changing or something like that?

Ordinarily, WooCommerce handles everything from that point onwards and after checkout the cart total is submitted to PayPal – so I’m not sure why you’d be hitting difficulties here but would be interested in learning more (can you provide a live example to give me some more context)?
