WooCommerce Gateways and WooCommerce Tickets Plugin

Hello,
We are new users of Events Calendar Pro and WooCommerce Tickets plugins.

I understand my below question is probably a WooCommerce question, and not the WooCommerce Tickets plugin, but in my experience your support is superior and I thought that you might have a suggestion for me.

We have setup the WooCommerce system Settings | Checkout to use two Payment Gateways, Paypal and COD. We have relabel COD to “Pay at the Event” and that seems to be working for us.

My question is this: We would like to be able to NOT use the COD/Pay at event gateway but only occasionally, on on specific event Tickets. It does not appear that there is a way to change the gateway on a per-ticket (or to use the WooCommerce term, per-product – basis). Am I missing something here, or is that true?

If it is true, are you aware of any work-arounds that any of your WooCommerce Ticket plugin users may be using?

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited on supporting customizations.

I did a search to see if you can change the Payment Gateway on a per product basis and found this article:
