Woocommerce Categories

Just wondering if you could add new events into a category (with configurable name, with default of ‘Tickets’) within Woocommerce. Also would be great to ‘sync’ your event categories to woocommerce sub-categories of ‘tickets’.

At the moment they do not have a category which means that if you use the store for other items, or want to add a woocommerce category as a menu item (aka ‘Tickets’) then you can’t. This probably doesn’t matter if you only sell tickets.

This would be a simple ‘SUPER AWESOME’ addition that is an obvious missing feature.

Any change of a snippet of code to implement this using existing hooks in TEC?

You’ve already implmented ‘multiple categories’ for events with 7 votes 😉 so this one should be on the radar now also 😉
