    Hi
    I have setup a couple of tickets for an event using event tickets plus, and have attributed a particular WooCommerce Category to it. However the tickets don’t show up when someone clicks the category on our online store. How do I fix that?

    Hi @hasnaink,

    Thanks for writing in and I hope you had a great weekend!

    Good question. By default, tickets do not display in the WooCommerce shop. You can enable them to display, however, by clicking on the Products tab in the WordPress admin menu and editing the ticket you want to display in the shop.

    Specifically, there is a box on the right of the screen called Publish (screenshot) and inside it is a line that says:

    Catalog visibility: Hidden

    Click the edit link next to that and it will allow you to make the ticket visible in the shop.
