Good question. By default, tickets do not display in the WooCommerce shop. You can enable them to display, however, by clicking on the Products tab in the WordPress admin menu and editing the ticket you want to display in the shop.
Specifically, there is a box on the right of the screen called Publish (screenshot) and inside it is a line that says:
Catalog visibility: Hidden
Click the edit link next to that and it will allow you to make the ticket visible in the shop.
