I have Events Tickets plus setup with WooCommerce and I am trying to receive payments for an event but they are failing with result code 12. I entered the correct card information using my company card and the transaction failed, I logged into my paypal manager account to view the transaction in more detail and it appears the expiration date that was transmitted was incorrect. I have tried a few times with different cards but the same expiration date (07/20) is being transmitted each time. I also suspect that the incorrect CSC is being transmitted. How can I ensure that the information entered by a user is what is being transmitted to avoid declined transactions?
Below is the error message shown on the orders:
“PayPal Pro (Payflow) payment failed. Payment was rejected due to an error: (12) “Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.” Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”
