    We have installed events calendar on his site http://diondublinsballofsoundtour.co.uk but there is issue with this plugin, We are able to create event & also create ticket using woo ticket plugin, After creating Event & Ticket both are getting posted properly Event go on to event page & Ticket in to woo commerce product but when you try to buy the ticket it takes to page where there is message “Your Cart Is Empty”

    I have also tried basic troubleshooting method given on forum,I deactivated all plugins except for woo commerce,Events Calendar, & woo Ticket & restored site to basic twenty twelve theme but after this also I am getting same problem.

    Please give us solution to issue ASAP, Find attached all Screenshot & also System Information Log in Notepad

    I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the set up of our plugins. 🙁 It’s hard for me to say exactly what the matter is as I can’t see your site, and I don’t have access to your Notepad. (Our forum doesn’t accept attachments.) Let me see if walking you through some basic troubleshooting steps can help.

    FIrst, please ensure that you have all the necessary plugins installed. For you installation this means you need, at minimum, The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Tickets.

    Second, if you haven’t had a chance to take advantage of them, many users find going through our New User Primers helpful in resolving setup issues.

    If neither of those do the trick, I’ll probably need to have access to your site before I can get to the bottom of things. You’re welcome to reply privately to this thread with credentials if that ends up being the route we need to take.

    Hi, mjmaltby. I just checked and those credentials don’t work for me. 🙁

    Also, please take advantage of the troubleshooting steps I suggested. We have a 24-hour response time, so I can’t guarantee anything will happen with your site before tomorrow at this point.
