Woo Commerce Settings not showing??

    Hello, I have Events Calendar activated, Events Calendar Pro activated, and just installed and activated Woo Commerce Tickets. I am going through the Primer and I got to step 3 below.

    3. Configure your WooCommerce settings. If you need help using WooCommerce, head over to their helpful support site. For optimal functionality with WooCommerce Tickets, we recommend that you check Enable stock management under WooCommerce –> Settings –> Products –> Inventory. And don’t forget to set up you payment gateways and checkout pages for WooCommerce.

    However, WOOCOMMERCE is not showing up in my WP Admin so I can change the settings. I do notice that when I edit an event, I am able to add ticketing capability, however WOOCOMMERCE is not showing up on sidebar of admin so I can change settings like instructions say to above. Thank you!

    Not sure if this is related, but when I Edit an event I created, when I scroll down to the TICKETS section, the only thing that displays is:

    Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Product’ not found in /home4/fseblog/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 562

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    It looks like you are not running the latest version of the plugins.

    Please confirm all plugins are version 3.10.

    If you do not have automatic updates for Pro and WooCommerce Tickets Available you can download the latest versions from your account here.

    Let me know if you still have any issues after the update and we can work to resolve them or if you have any questions.

    Hello, thank you for quick reply! please see screenshots, I am new at this, but I think Screenshot 1 shows that I have all plugins up to date, 3.1 Version. Screenshot 2 shows the event I am editing(July Party), and Screenshot 3 shows the ERROR in the ticket section. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!

    Ok thanks for that.

    It looks like you are missing WooCommerce.

    Please get the latest version of WooCommerce from WordPress.org for Free.

    And let me know how that works out.

    Great glad it is working now.

    I also remove all the screenshot links since they were on your hosting.
