Woo Commerce – Licence key not accepted

We currently have The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets plugin installed with an expired license. We purchased The Event Ticket plugin a few days ago in the hope that the license will work for The Event Calendar: WooCommerce Ticket license, but the license key was not accepted. Please help.

For the account you’re currently logged in to, I see you purchased Event Tickets Plus on November 14, 2016 (2 days ago).

I don’t see any prior WooTickets (legacy product) license on this account.

If your site has WooTickets installed already, please reference our Moving to Event Tickets Plus article and then let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
