Woo add-ons not recognized, says I didn’t buy them.

Hi. I have the suite installed and activated (Events Calendar, Pro, WooCommerce, WooTickets). When i go to add a new event and try to “add functionality” I end up on a sales page that reads: “Looking for additional functionality including recurring events, ticket sales, publicly submitted events, new views and more? Check out the available add-ons.”

I’m puzzled because I have purchased these add-ons already. Please help me end the madness 🙂

Since you’ve already purchased our plugins, I’m going to send you over to our customer support forums where they’ll be able to help you. (This is the pre-sales area.) Since you have multiple plugins I’m not quite sure where to send you, so I’ll start with The Events Calendar PRO forum. If that’s not the right place, please let them know.

You can safely ignore that message, which only exists to offer a convenient means to let people buy new plugins/add-ons to add any extra functionality they might need.

If you have installed and activated Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets (and of course The Events Calendar core plugin and WooCommerce) then the new features and functionality they bring should already be available to you 🙂
