ParticipantHey there, I’m using the Event Calendar PRO and love it.
I’m having a minor problem though. When I log into my wordpress dashboard I get a message saying “The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 2.0.8. Please update now. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Want to pair an older version?” (http://i.imgur.com/wXiwyvm.png)
However I have TEC PRO updated to Version 2.0.11. The same version as The Events Calendar. (http://i.imgur.com/FarxoiQ.png) So this shouldn’t be happening.
On a side note if I click “update now, it takes me to this screen. http://i.imgur.com/bw6Lj2C.png
I love your product, so please give me some help guys!

ParticipantHi Michael,
Sorry about the issues with this. The first thing I’d like you to try is to clear your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, please try manually re-installing the PRO plugin by re-downloading and re-copying all the plugin files over. You won’t lose any events or anything by doing this. If that doesn’t work either, please try deactivating all other plugins to see if maybe another plugin could be causing a conflict here.

Can you please check to see if you have two versions of the plugin installed? Perhaps a folder leftover from the previous version?

ParticipantIt’s not displaying anymore! Not sure what happened? Maybe the server cleared it’s cache? Either way thanks for the help!
