ParticipantWe have just updated to the latest version of Events Calendar Pro. Unfortunately after the update the calendar no longer sites inside the page & now shows the html links instead of the event name; rendering the calendar un-useable to our customers. Unable to see anything in the settings that would fix this issue. We’re running the latest version of WordPress & have very few plugins.
Any help would be appreciated as we’re not sure what to try to fix this issue!
Thanks in advance.

ParticipantYou can see the issue with the plugin at http://www.atbshop.co.uk/skatepark/timetable/

MemberCan you try adding some CSS like this (either to your theme’s stylesheet, or any area it makes available for custom CSS, or else a custom tribe-events.css stylesheet)?

ParticipantThank you very much for your help Barry, really appreciate it. The width is now perfect again in Safari & Chrome. We just need to fix our issue with the event names not showing properly now, seems to be some broken HTML laying around in our plugin.

MemberThere does indeed seem to be a problem there.
It looks like the HTML is initially delivered to the browser in pristine form, but is then transformed and ultimately broken. Can you repeat the initial troubleshooting steps you indicated you had run through (disabling all other plugins, etc, and ultimately also your theme) and see if that has any impact on this specific issue?
Thanks!

ParticipantI went through the troubleshooting steps again & it appears there is an issue with the theme we’re using. We’re now in touch with the theme developer in hope to resolve this issue!
Thank you very much for your help Barry, really appreciate it 🙂

MemberNo problem at all. I’ll go ahead and close this now – but if you need to relay any questions from the theme developers (or you just have other questions) please don’t hesitate to create news threads as needed.
Thanks!
