Widgets are now gone

I updated Events Calendar and now I cannot see any Widgets. When I’m in there I see a button next to Widgets that says “Manage in Customizer”

But when I click that all I see is the image attached. What is going on?

I would love to help you with this. This is an intriguing issue.

Would you mind grabbing your system information and pasting it here? Make sure to use the ‘Set as private reply’ checkbox to protect your private information from the public. You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings, clicking on the “Help” tab, and scrolling down to the ‘System Information’ box. (Or by going to [yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tribe-events-calendar&tab=help) That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Thanks for sharing that Mike!

I was hoping one of those plugins would stand out as likely causing this issue, but I am not seeing anything unusally suspect. That means we should test each of them, then we can search for a fix. This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting. If you follow those steps are you able to temporarily get the widget working? If so, can you narrow it down to something specifically conflicting so I can look for a fix?
