    Hi,

    in the past the calendar widget would always show the selected number of upcoming events regardless whether they are in the current month or not. Recently I noticed that it only shows the upcoming events up until the end of the current month. Is there any way to go back to the old behavior? Was this an intentional change?

    Hi Martin!

    This is the intended behavior, though I’m not sure how long it has been this way. You can use one of the other widgets such as the “Events List” widget to display events beyond the end of the current month.

    While it may not be exactly the same, you can approximate what you are describing by adding the mini calendar with number of events to display set to zero, and add the list widget right after with no title.

    Hi Sky,

    thanks for checking with the team. I can see part of the logic behind the decision to change this but I think there are also good arguments to keep it the way it was before. In my opinion it makes for a nicer interface and user experience if the number of events below the widget stays constant at the value that is selected in the widget interface and doesn’t start dropping as the end of the month approaches.

    Anyways, if it was an intentional change I won’t argue further… just wanted to share my last thoughts on this 🙂
