Widget Not Working

We were having issues with the widget not displaying the proper time. Instead of 9:30 am it would just say 9am and leave out the :30. Checked over settings again and again to no avail. There was an upgrade available so we upgraded. Now all upcoming events are not showed in the widget. Not sure if the original problem was fixed with the upgrade because we cannot see upcoming events in widget. There are clearly upcoming events in May and December. What causes this to happen and how can I fix it?

I use the plugin on another site and it works fine. It even upgraded with no issue.

I would love to help you with this.

I am thinking your theme might have a theme override in place for this widget, that could easily explain both of your troubles. To test for this and a few more possibilities we will need to test if a “conflict” is happening, and if so narrow it down so we can find a fix for it. This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting.
