Why is there no template for the ticket-email?!

I’m currently asking myself, why there is no template for the ticket-email. The actual ticket is the most important thing for the customer and the organizer (or his staff).

Why is there no possibility to customize the tickets to my needs? Or do I just don’t see it…?

Hi N.,

There is indeed a template: but since WooCommerce Tickets itself sits on top of a ticketing framework that is actually hosted in the core plugin (The Events Calendar) itself you would need to look in there to find it:

the-events-calendar/views/tickets/email.php

Of course, do follow the steps in the Themer’s Guide to ensure you carry out any customizations safely 🙂
