I am trying to create a paid event but I don’t seem to have the option of adding a ticket button to my event page. It appears that only the “+ New RSVP” tab is highlighted and the “+ New ticket” tap is greyed out.
Why is this happening – am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for emailing support. In order to sell tickets you need to either activate Tribecommerce (Events > Settings > Tickets) or install a ecommmerce plugin. We support Woocommerce and Easy Digital Downloads.
