White Screen

Hi
Since installing PRO I have been experiencing a white screen every now and then. This happens randomly but quite often when I click to save an event. It also happens when I am not logged into wordpress and just try to navigate through my site. A simple hit of the refresh button and the page returns however this isnt good for my sites visitors. My hosting tell me that my memory is up to the max but the problem is still happening. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Most of the cases where we see whitescreen either there is a Memory problem (which you seem to have tested), or it’s a PHP error that is crashing your WordPress.

To allow you to see which error might be happening you will need to use the WP_DEBUG constant as pointed in the WordPress Codex page for Debugging.

If nothing pops up you can fall back to try the things pointed out on our testing for Conflicts tutorial.
