White box showing up on event page

Hi there!

On any given event I get this great little white box on the right of the page. I assume it’s connected to a sidebar or something but I can’t figure out how to turn it off or put any information in it. See attached photos. Please help! It’s driving me nuts!

Ideally I would love to have upcoming events in the sidebar but I can’t figure that out either (is there a tutorial for this?).
