Which WooTickets Version am I supposed to use?

Hello,

Please tell me which plugin version I am supposed to be using. I uploaded the latest version (at least in logical sense it seems this would be the newest version) 3.9.3 – However this isn’t even working with my website yet the 3.12 version was. I am just simply trying to get this message off of the customer emails:

“You’ll receive your tickets in another email.”

On 3.9.3 I was able to find the file that allows me to take this off

But on 3.12 there is no such file –

Hi Brandon, thanks for reaching out!

All Modern tribe plugins should be running the same “dot” version. So, for example, If you are running The Events Calendar 3.12.3 (the latest), then you should be running WooCommerce Tickets 3.12 (or greater).

If you need WooCommerce 3.12, you should be able to download that by logging into the site here and heading to My Account > Downloads. If you don’t see it in there, then you may want to check that your license is active so you have access to it.
