Which is product is best for visitors to reserve seats/tickets for a free event?

Hello, can you please explain the difference between Event Tickets and Community Tickets? 90% of my ticket reservations will be for free events. The other will be paid limited seat events. Can you please advise me which product is best for my situation? Thank you!
