Where's is the single event located?

When We click on an event name it takes us to an event page with the event information (title, hour, date, description, image, …).

We went mad trying to find the php file that creates this page.
After consulting the themer’s guide We thought that maybe it would be the single-event.php which is located in the root of “views” folder. We deleted the file but hasn’t worked and We still see the event.

Could you tell us How to modify this page?

We would really appreciate it.
