ParticipantI’m running WordPress 4.5.2, and I just installed Event Calendar and upgraded to Pro, purchasing a personal license key for $89. I don’t see where to input my Pro license key anywhere. In the Knowledgebase (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/finding-and-inputting-your-license-key/) it says that you have to be running the same version, so if my WordPress is 4.5.2 I guess that means Event Calendar should also be version 4.5.2, but 4.1.4 is the Event Calendar version I have. (On the Pro site I’m invited to download 4.1.3?)
Elsewhere I read that Event Calendar and Event Calendar Pro have to be the same version. Are they not the same thing, with extra features activated via the key? Do I have to uninstall/delete the Event Calendar I just downloaded, find the Pro version (I keep just finding the regular version), and reinstall? Seems like it should be easier than that.

ParticipantThere is no License tab on my Events>Settings page. I have tabs for General, Display, and Help — none others.

ParticipantThis is what I’m looking at on my Settings page (there is no License tab like I see in the picture on the Events Calendar website)…

ParticipantHey Richard,
First, make sure The Events Calendar is installed and activated on your site: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
Then, make sure Events Calendar Pro is also installed and activated on your site.
You can access the files for Events Calendar Pro any time here ? http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Once both plugins are installed and activated, you should find the licenses page where you can then enter the license key.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantThank you George! I had the regular version installed and activated, not realizing that I also had to download and install/activate the Pro version alongside it (both of them activated). Once I did that, I was able to enter my Pro license key without any issue. Thanks again! 🙂
