Where is this plugin?

We paid for this plugin but can’t find where to download it? This is replacing the FB plugin correct?

Yes, Event aggregator does replace the FB plugin.
However, it is not a plugin per se.

It is a service that gets activated once you input your license key under Events -> Settings -> Licenses.
