where is the "Week Starts On" field in setting

I have the premium plugin along with several other of the modern tribe even calendar plugins and i cant find the “Week Starts On” setting anywhere in the admin ui, the documentation for this looks old and i need to change the first day of the week to be Sunday not Monday as it currently is but I Cant find “Week Starts On” option anywhere in the admin ui. please let me know where i can find it and update your docs

The Week Starts On setting can be found in the WordPress settings by navigating to your WP Admin > Settings > General
