Where is documentation on hooks and filters?

Daft question, but where is a list of all available hooks, filters etc?

Howdy Karl,

That’s not a daft question at all. I am a bit ashamed to say we don’t have a comprehensive list anywhere – yet. We have been working on it, we even have one person right now who has been running through and documenting as many as possible in addition to writing automated tests. Until that’s complete though, we won’t have a list on our website.

Our support team also needs to find actions and filters all of the time. And we do so mostly with the use of folder search inside of the plugin folder. It’s a bit of an art though unfortunately. Is there anything specific I can help you find? A specific customization you’re trying to build?

Hi, not that’s fine, I am there now – I have been doing searches too – with an offline site and trusty Dreamweaver. I find it’s pretty bad at everything except finding text!!

When you get a full list please let me know – I’m sure there is functionality I could make use of that I have not discovered.

We will do that. It will be posted in our technical docs. The goal is to split that up to include more than just functions, but also filters and hooks. Hopefully once we have a bit more data descriptions in there we’ll also find ways of making it more useful and searchable.
