On Friday 28th of May I purchased the Ultimate Bundle. I got to work on testing the plugins that day. I wasn’t abel to return to it until today. I logged into to continue testing, and my pluggins aren’t working. So I went to login to my account and check my licenses and it none of them are there. Instead it shows two old licenses that I purchased in 2015.
I spent over $700 on licenses to test this plugin in 30 days. — Where have they gone? How long before I can continue testing?

Is it possible that you placed this order under a different name and using a different email address? If so, the best thing to do would be to login using that other account.

I checked all my regular accounts and couldn’t a receipt. My guess is that
I accidentally typed my email address in wrong. Are you able to search
using a license number or credit card number?
