    Have Events Calendar Pro running with Events Calendar and WooCommerce and this plugin in question, WooCommerce Tickets. I am not receiving tickets (i.e. I get an order receipt that says “You’ll receive your tickets in another email” but then no ticket is sent, and also don’t see how to edit the ticket, because going to WooComerce > Settings > Email Tab > Tickets, the only option is to change the subject? Note that I am doing a Stripe Test order, so not sure if that is affecting it. I did deactivate plugins to test on a dev site.

    Hi, sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties here.

    Can you confirm that the order state is changing to Complete in each case? If not, please ensure that you do complete the orders and check if the emails containing the tickets are received.

    Does that help with the initial issue?
