When will the 4.0 be released?

I am trying to get a event calendar for my website but have only found yours to be compatible with my site. I do need the RSVP function and was wondering if it will be released soon or if I can get a beta version. I’m going to purchase the events cal pro but don;t want to spend another $90 on the woo commerce addon when I don’t really need it.
