ParticipantMost of our event tickets are being purchased online, but we had an event the day before the main even where we are selling tickets using Square Register. I was going to manually generate tickets for those that purchased tickets at this event for the main event and email their tickets to them. However, when I select Add Ticket, it takes me to a page to select the event and the event I created is not listed in the drop down.

MemberGood evening Brad and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing your system information.
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to create manual tickets for your customers.
I would love to help you with this topic. However, when I select Add Ticket, it takes me to a page to select the event and the event I created is not listed in the drop down.
I am not sure where you are clicking on Add Ticket exactly. Could you provide me with a screenshot or a URL so that I can make sure I get this correctly ?
The good news is that there are a few ways to create manual tickets. The simplest one is probably to use a third-party plugin such as “shop as a customer”: http://codecanyon.net/item/shop-as-customer-for-woocommerce/7043722

MemberGood morning Brad,
Thank you for the screencast.
Actually, the interface you are showing me comes from http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-events/11753111
As you can imagine, we can’t provide support for that third-party plugin 🙂
But, I would gladly support our plugin if you need me to.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantAfter installing event tickets plus (your plugin) I saw the tickets option in the menu. I assumed this menu was created by your plugin. After further investigation into your plugin, I see where your ticket option resides. I apparently purchased event tickets plus which, I am not using. Also, after doing some research into your plugin, it looks like it will work better for our situation. I will try it out for the next event. Sorry for that!
