What will be the option to refund for a ticket

We want to purchase Event ticket plus but we have a concern that will there be any option to refund the amount. Any option to just initiate the refund from the wordpress backend only.

Hi @Ankit and welcome to the forums!

Yes, the refund process is entirely dependent on the e-commerce plugin you are using with Event Tickets Plus. For example, if you are using WooCommerce, then you are definitely able to initiate a refund from the WordPress admin only.
