    Hello,

I am looking at your calendar pro but I am not sure if that is what I need. here is what I am doing and I hope to have some advice on the direction you think I should go:

    -monthly webinars
-quarterly live events (Leadpage created and points to eventbrite page)
    -Facebook advertising and events
-I want downloadable features for calendars (I see yours does google and iCal but does that include outlook and exchange?)

Another question… when creating the event where it the most efficient place to create it? Facebook and Eventbite and then import it using your tool?

Thanks for your help! Your product looks awesome and I need to know which one(s) or bundle to buy to do what I am looking for.

Hey Ryan, thanks for getting in touch!

Oh yeah, it sounds like Events Calendar PRO isn’t exactly what you need. Instead, I recommend the following:

    • The Events Calendar (free) — This will display events in a calendar format on your site and give you the ability to create and manage events.
    • Facebook Events — This allows you to to import events from a Facebook page into The Events Calendar either on a one-time or scheduled basis.
    • Eventbrite Tickets — This allows you to sync events between The Events Calendar and Eventbrite.com, including tickets for events.

Note that we do have a bundled package available that includes Facebook Events and Eventbrite Tickets, as well as Events Calendar PRO, iCal Importer and Filter Bar at a discounted price. iCal Importer is something you might also be interested in since it allows you to import events into The Events Calendar from other calendar sources.

I want downloadable features for calendars (I see yours does google and iCal but does that include outlook and exchange?)

It sure does! Those downloaded files are also compatible with Outlook and Exchange.

when creating the event where it the most efficient place to create it? Facebook and Eventbite and then import it using your tool?

I think it’s more of a personal preference, but it’s worth noting that Facebook Events is a one-way import that imports events from Facebook to WordPress rather than the other way around. So, in this case, it might make most sense to create the event at the source and then import it into WordPress from there.

Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

If I am seeing this correct the bundle would get me most of what I am looking for but not the Eventbrite functionality? Your products and pricing are super confusing. So I want:
-the user to be able to download the event to add it to their calendar.
    -Integrate the event with eventbrite
-Download our facebooks events to our wordpress calendar
-filter through the events by topic / type of event

I am not sure what products / bundle satisfies all of this.

    Hey Ryan,

My apologies, my last reply might have added confusion than necessary. You are correct, I had not fully accounted for the Eventbrite requirement. Here’s the best configuration for you:

That will cover all the requirements you mentioned, plus more features that are included in PRO.

Sorry again for the miscommunication and I hope this adds a lot more clarity.

    Thanks,
    Geoff
