    Hi!

    Right now under Events>Settings, I can only use the general tab. If I click to templates or defaults, I get an error message “Cannot load tribe-events-calendar.”

    Shouldn’t I have the access to these tabs? I’ve reinstalled the plugin.

    Hi Jennifer,
    It sounds like there may be a conflict with another plugin. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if this changes anything?

    Thanks for your response! I did try disabling other plugins, but it didn’t help. I’m hoping it’s not an issue with WooThemes/WooCommerce because Events Calendar Pro came to me via their recommendation!

    Hi Jennifer,

    I doubt it is a conflict with WooThemes or WooCommerce. Since you said you’ve tested with no other plugins, I assume that means with WooCommerce deactivated as well. It’s unlikely that your theme would be causing the issue, but can you try reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme and seeing if the issue persists? Also, are you running our most current version, Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11?

    Hi Jennifer,

    What WooTheme are you using? Would you be willing to send us a copy of that to test out? You can email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me. I just loaded up the plugin using the Continuum WooTheme and I was able to navigate the Events settings fine. So it could be something specific to your WooTheme. Please send us the theme so I can take a look.

    Hi Jonah-

    I’m using “Empire” theme from woothemes. I can send you a copy if you’d like.

    Here is the weird thing…I’m not able to access “settings” in the calendar by the wordpress menu…I have to go into the plugin “settings” to be able to access the tabs. ((I just discovered this the other day)). No big deal but it seems strange.

    The menu issue could also be related to theme. Please shoot me an email with the theme so I can check it out.
