Hi all,
I know the support team will cringe at the question, but I have to ask it; what if I don’t upgrade? Just looking for the facts to pass on. Thanks so much,

No worries at all Karin, it’s a valid question. A license entitles you to support. With an active license you can ask questions on the forums here until the day it expires, and you will continue getting updated versions of our plugins. When your license expires you can no longer ask question, and you will not be able to download new versions of the plugin. But, you can still download past versions, and the past versions will continue working just fine the version of WordPress they were designed for.
Let us know if you have any feedback for us. Obviously sometimes you just don’t need a license anymore. But, if there is something you wish wee did different and that’s why you no longer want a license, we’d love to know what that is. 🙂
