What happens if someone buys a ticket and wants to change or cancel?

I’m looking for an event & ticketing solution that will allow registrants to purchase multiple tickets. I can do that now with Event Espresso – except registrants can’t go in & cancel tickets, change quantities or anything like that. Is that possible with your ticketing system?

Also, is it possible to make a ticket required?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

Right now there is no way for a customer to change their ticket order or to cancel it. They would have to contact you and then you could make the changes.

And we do not have a feature to make a ticket required.
