    1. Does this button work?
    2. How does the system decide which duplicate venues / organizers to keep? To remove?
    3. Will all events that are effected by the merge now display the one resulting venue? In other words if I have 100 events w 10 seemingly duplicated events, will all 100 events now point to the one venue as a result of running the merge function?

    eFromDC,

    I can help answer your question. That button is for installations that moved from Pre 3.x.x installs of the Events Calendar and for just merging duplicates.

    So it does work, but not the way you described.

    Is there anything that CAN merge duplicate venues and/or organizers?

    I am afraid we do not have that feature beyond the current one that was to help from the upgrade from 2.x to 3.x installations.

    There maybe a function that could be created to do it, but that is beyond the support we can give on the forum.
