    Does the keyword search only return matches from the_content() and the_title()? Is there any way to include matches from tribe_get_event_categories(), tribe_get_venue(), etc.?

    Hello there, Cynthia! Welcome back to the forums and hope you’re doing well. 🙂

    The keyword search covers the title and description fields for Events posts. You could include Category and Venue matches in your results, though it would take some complex custom development that is outside what we can support here in the forums. There is a tutorial on customizing the Tribe Bar, which you might find interesting–particularly the section on adding a filter.

    Another idea is to check out our Filter Bar add-on. It covers all the filtering it sounds like you’re looking for, from categories and venues to organizers, time of day, keywords and a slew of other possible (and configurable) variables.
