The fee is yearly, with roughly a 10% discount for renewals. That fee covers you for access to the support forums (this Pre-Sales forum isn’t a place for technical support), along with plugin updates. We roll out maintenance updates approximately every 2 weeks and are often adding new features as well.
Your license at that point is valid on one website address.
