What do I need to buy?

Here’s what I want to do. I want to allow third party businesses to submit events to a calendar. I want to charge businesses to make their events “feature.” I want users to be able to go through all the events and get the latest information about the event. I want the events to show on a map. What products do I need to buy?

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! To allow visitors/third-parties to submit events to your calendar, you’ll need to have Community Events. In order to show the events on a map you’ll also need Events Calendar PRO, which includes Map View.

At this time, Community Events does not allow you to charge people for posting their events. We are considering adding that feature, and you can vote for it here. However, if you need to be able to do that now, you would need to do some complex customizing to the current plugin. That isn’t something we could help you with I’m afraid. You would also need to customize in order to do featured events.
