ParticipantGreetings! I’m trying to determine what is causing a URL string to be added to the root of our domain name of http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/
The string is ?c=fbd3759be337
and it occurs on every page, except for the CART (certifiedcoachesfederation.com/cart)My tech support at WP Engine have helped me to identify this apache error and it’s pointing to the event-tickets.
[Tue Oct 11 20:17:42.770057 2016] [:error] [pid 16056] [client 66.162.212.19:29973] event-tickets/common – Log: Initializing Tribe Events on Oct, 11th at 08:10:42 pm, referer: http://certifiedcoachesfederation.com/?c=4a011de101f7
Can you take a look for me please and let me know how to solve this?
Cheers!C

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. Let me try to help you out here.
I just visited you site, even added a ticket to the cart and kept browsing but I didn’t experience the issue. I didn’t see the extra string added to the url.
Do you still have this issue? Does the extra string appear both when you are logged in and when you are just browsing as a visitor?
On which page does it start appearing?
I’ll be here waiting for your answer.
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Andras!
Thanks for reaching out… I JUST solved it, so indeed that weird string is no longer being added to the domain. The issue actually related to a setting on a Multi-Currency Suite plugin for WooCommerce that my client had mistakenly hit.
The apache error logs that were pointing to the Event-Tickets are now gone thanks to your recent plugin update released yesterday… so things are solved for now. Hurray!
Thanks

ParticipantHi
Sorry, I was wrong: the error log is still occurring.
The URL string issue doesn’t relate to the ticket plugin (and that issue is now resolved.)
The Apache error log is still logging errors related to the event tickets.

KeymasterHey Chris,
Thanks for getting back to me on that! I’m happy the string issue got solved!
As for the error logs, could you send me a chunk of that to see what are the full warning / error messages now after the update?
Thanks and cheers,
