ParticipantFor a recurring event, the following problem presents:
How it’s supposed to be:
recurring event during weekdays (Sun-Thurs) from June 10 till September 9. The event is from 11 am till 6:30 pm.
For all instances of the recurring event until August 11, the events appear correct:
on the individual event page (event on June 10)

and the page listing all instances of a recurring event (See All)

WHAT IS WRONG:
After August 12, each event that is part of the recurring series has an altered “end date” as well as recurs within the original manner. The individual event within the series appears to be from “August 13 till November 13”. In the back end of the plugin, the event’s end date appears normal.

I need to play with this in my head to figure out what could be at fault here, but let me recap what is happening to make sure I understand.
You have a recurring event from June 10 – Sept 9. The event is every ‘weekday‘, Sun – Thur, and it is from 11am – 6:30 pm. This is about 91 days long (or 3 months).
Every event appears correctly in the backend.
On the front end, Events from June 10 – August 12 appear just fine, in both list view and single event view.
Starting August 13, the beginning and end dates *shift* from June 10 – Sept 9 to August 13th – November 13th. The duration is still 3 months (but technically 92 days).
This only happens on the *display* of the event, the back end shows the data is still accurate.
Let me know if that is incorrect.
This is confusing, and weird like you say. I’ll be contacting some devs to see if they can make sense of this.
Here are a few things to try in the meantime.
– Please make sure you have a recent backup of your site before you start! I’m assuming nothing bad will happen, but better to be safe than sorry.
– Update your plugins to 3.6.1 if you have not already done so.
– Does the error still happen if you disable all other plugins and switch your theme to a standard like Twentytwelve?
– In the WP-Admin, at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab, there will be a ‘systems settings’ box. Can you copy that and paste it into a private reply?
– Do you have other recurring events, that have no problem? Did these events always have this issue? Or did something change?
– I wonder if this is an error caused or related to translation files of some sort, or maybe a translation plugin? I have no idea on this, just worth mentioning.Could I get a link to your /events page? I couldn’t find it browsing your site.
I’ll contact my team and ask if they’ve seen this sort of shift before.
