Hi, meridianrvresort. This is a great question! 🙂 It definitely sounds frustrating to troubleshoot.
I just took a look at your site, and the events stay visible in the week view. (Here’s a screenshot: http://d.pr/i/Re4u) This leads me to believe that there’s caching involved. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history?
If that doesn’t work, I’d appreciate if you would confirm that you did try this in the default Twenty Twelve theme and provide your System Info.
The System Information is a detailed specification of what’s running on your site for our troubleshooting purposes. To find it, click on “Events” in the left sidebar of the Admin interface. In the subheadings under “Events”, you should now see “Help”. Click on that, and scroll to the bottom of the page that is takes you to. There, you’ll see a box with a black background. Please copy all of the text there using ctrl-a (Windows) or cmd-a (Mac), and paste it in a reply to this thread.
