ParticipantHi,
Week view isn’t populating any events – we have currently turned it off now however i’d like to get this working.

MemberHi again Joanna,
I believe this might be caused by the issue described in your previous thread (how the events are setup).
That being said, the cause might be lying somewhere else.
Receiving your system info will certainly help with that.In the meantime, something else you might want to try is to head over to Events -> Settings -> General and check if there is not a venue or organizer duplicate fix button available. Then scroll down to the timezone settings section and look for a GMT / Timezone update button.
In many cases, that fixes these types of issues.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHello again Geoff,
I did find the button to purge duplicate venues and organisers, however there was no GMT/timezone update. Only a drop down to change timezones (which we need to keep as is due to events on either side of Australia).
Hopefully you can find the sys info in the last thread i replied to. We also have a user acc set up for Tribe to help us troubleshoot.
Thank you for your assistance once again.

MemberHi again Joanna,
I took a look at the Google Chrome console and there are a few several errors going on in some of your calendar related pages including the week view :-s
- Uncaught TypeError: j.bootstrapDatepicker is not a function(anonymous function)
- http://calendar.childmags.com.au/events/week/Array 404 not found.
I believe taking a look at your theme files will certainly help. But it also seems like there is a date picker JQuery conflict at play here.
My next recommended step based on that first message would be to use the following snippet from my colleague Brian: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/js-error-in-month-view/#post-1030331
It will probably not fix everything, but it will certainly help 🙂
Looking forward to move one step closer to resolution on all these issues with you.
Have a great day!
