My events do not appear in the Week view. They do appear in month or day view. When I export events for the week, they do export which means the event is simply not visually rendering with the week view.
The Week view is very important and it’s the reason I purchased the add-on.
Please advise as to what to do to get me events displaying with the weekview
I apologize for the inconvenience of this particular issue. If the view works when switching themes, the best approach would be reaching out to Theme Fusion, the makers of the Avada theme.
That theme uses some highly customized versions of our templates and any issue with the front-end display of those templates can be supported by their team.
