    Couple of questions:
    1. I like the Week View available on ECPro. It looks fine on phone, however, when I view the demo at http://wpshindig.com/events/week/2017-08-20, the events display on top of each other on desktop.

    2. Is there a REST endpoint available to export events in a JSON format? I’d like to query the calendar using a url such as http://myeventcalendar.com/events/day/2017-08-20 and have all of the events for the day returned in JSON format. Also would like to be able to do for weekend events.

Note: I tried to click on some of the topics when enter topic title, but no page ever opened. Therefore this questions may have already been answered.

    Hi David,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! Our Week View in Events Calendar PRO is designed to display a small visual overlap on events with overlapping times–this is intended behavior at desktop resolutions! You can see some examples in the product screenshots on the Events Calendar PRO product page:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

If you prefer the mobile styling for Week View, you can always override the desktop styling so that mobile styling always displays for this view. For more information on customizing the look and feel of our plugins, check out our Themer’s Guide!

Lastly, I’m afraid that we don’t support JSON export for our calendar events at this time. I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 At the moment, The Events Calendar includes built-in support for exporting events in iCal/ICS format (and, of course, WordPress’s XML for custom post types). You can read more about this type of export on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/exporting-events/

I hope that helps to get you started here! Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions or concerns. Cheers, and thanks again! 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
